POSITION SUMMARY
Responsible for sourcing and management of non-Apple (3PP) and private label brand (Giiga) assortment for entire Gait region, pricing, and overall promotion of a product category to maximize consumer appeal. Relationships with vendors and product range management
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Achieve and surpass expectations of KPIs: 3PP and Giiga sales SOB, profitability goals, replenishment fulfilment rates.
Analyze data or insights to determine industry and consumer trends and range products in line with the brand’s positioning.
Negotiate supplier terms and conditions to achieve maximum benefit for the brand.
Lists brands, items, and suppliers in company’s ERP system
Generates and communicates pre-agreed sales and stock reports with suppliers.
Plans and executes promotional campaigns, discounts, and bundle offers in collaboration with Category and Marketing managers.
Ensures product availability and visibility on gait.com for all active product lines
Monitors and improves business performance (sales, profit, inventory) of assigned product category and brands
Source private label product range for best suppliers, optimal product quality, competitive price, and maximum profitability.
Lead coordination of private label product range products specifications, package design, and launch activations.
Introduce value-added services in line with the brand’s directions and positioning in the market.
Devise long-term development strategies for product categories.
Develop exit strategies for unsuccessful products.
Foster trust relationships with vendors to achieve better pricing and quality of services.
Ensure that product placements, shelf space allocation, and store layouts optimize visibility and sales performance
Liaise with marketing teams to determine competitive pricing and promotional activities of a product category.
Work closely with the supply chain and logistics teams to coordinate product shipments, deliveries, and returns
Collaborate with Category Manager and Business Analyst to expand product categories.
